1. Order Confirmation:
An order confirmation e-mail will be sent upon order submission. However, if you did not receive any confirmation for your order, please email us immediately.
2. Payment Policy:
- Cash on Delivery.
3. Return, Exchange & Refund:
- Flowers & Gourmets are not applicable for return, exchange or refund.
- Any return or exchange has to be done within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned new, unused and with all garments tags still attached.
- Products are to be delivered to Hadeya Station Head Office.
- Delivery and special wrapping charges are not applicable for refund.
- Refund will be processed as the follow:
1. For gift Buyer; cash refund will be processed for cash based payment,
however voucher refund is issued for payment processed through

4. Cancelation of Orders:
You may cancel your order via e-mail up to the time the order is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched you cannot cancel the order, yet you may return/exchange it.
5. Out of Stock Items:
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of stock for certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail/telephone. In the event of partial orders Hadeya Station will deliver the items in stock and remove the out of stock items from your order. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
All customers' personal information will be stored on restricted database servers. We guarantee that we will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except to our mail carriers as required to help deliver your purchases.
7. Revision to This Policy:
Hadeya Station reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the above mentioned policies at any time.
